Special Privileged Status

It has been brought to our attention that the term “grandfathering” is racist and we should not use it.  We apologize for our ignorance and are committed to changing our language.  If you would like more information on why we are making this change, please check out this link.

When your favorite provider decides it is time to raise her rates, it can be a tough time. The providers we work with have agreed to allow established clients to continue at the old rate under the following circumstances:

  • You must see the specific provider within 30 days prior to her increase in price to the new rate.
  • You must continue to see that specific provider within 30 days of your last visit to maintain the old rate.
  • This only applies to your rate and visitation with that specific provider. The discount cannot be applied to anyone else, and a visit to another provider within the group does not maintain your discount status.

This is a rolling 30 day period, not a calendar month. We are strict in maintaining the deadline, and at 31 days you will have lost your old rate permanently. The provider always reserves the right to revoke the privilege based on your behavior with them.

This discount cannot be combined with any other discounts we offer, but if you accept a different discount, your Special Privileged status is still reset to 30 days from that appointment.

Thank you for understanding that Special Privileged status is a privilege, not a right, and should be treated accordingly.
